Gov,LUTH destroy 100 houses in Ogun

Between Wednesday and  Thursday more than 100 houses were destroyed in the area of Pakoto, O gun state. Orders were given out by Ogun state Government and Lagos University Teaching Hospital.
Some landlords and youths of the area were disturb and sad with the demolished house .



Over 30 houses were destroyed on Wednesday while on Thursday more houses were demolished. Barricaded and bonfires were made by the unsettle and sad landlords and youths on the expressway singing anti-government songs. The protesters claim they never knew the land belongs to LUTH.

Joint task forces which include the Army, policemen from Ifo and Ewekoro divisons were able to claim the protesters.

Two tractors were seen destroying the houses on Thursday . While the task forces were able to provide security cover for the demolition team.

Mr Kelechi Otuneme who is LUTH Public Relations Officer said the land belongs to LUTH. While the Ogun State Police Public Relations Officer , Mr Muyiwa Adejobi said the police were only there to provide security for the team.
