The suspect was arrested inside a tyre compartment of a Ghana-bound Medview Airlines plane parked at the tramac of the Murtala Muhammed Airport Terminal Two. The name of the suspect is Festus Chikelube he lives in Anambra and was arrested on Wednesday in Lagos.
Mr Alabi Joseph who is the Police Public Relations Officer, Airport Command said Chikelubbe confess to the police. He said,"The suspect is till with us, we are on top of the matter.
The Criminal Investigation Department is looking into the matter. Details of our findings will be made known soon,"
Chikelube who is 24 year old was found inside the aircraft tyre by the pilot who was making is final check on the plane before departure to Accra, Ghana.
