The incident occur in Mushin. The deceased name was identify as Mulikat Hassan. She was found dead ,dangling from the ceiling of her parents' one room apartment.
It was reported that her parents left for their work in the morning , at 4 pm when her mum was returning from work, she found the door was locked.
Her mum bang on the door for some time but no response then she called for help. After breaking down the door, she was found dangling from the ceiling fan in the room.
It was also learnt that she might have been sexually abuse by an unidentified neighbour who has been making advances towards her.
8 suspects have been arrested in connection with the girl's death.
