Nigeria Oil Refineries resume production


The oil refinery in Port Harcourt resume production. It is the oldest refinery in the country. It was built in 1965 after crude oil was found under the marshy soil on the sea coast of Delta State another new plant was built in the same in Port Harcourt in 1989.

Refineries in Kaduna and Warri were built years later. 1.8 million barrels of crude oil will be produce daily. While the refinery in Port Harcourt produce up to 210,000 barrels of crude oil per day.
